Our firm was born out of designer Catherine Page Dodd's dream of creating a true design collective that not only transforms spaces, but also transforms how people see, use, and are inspired by their surroundings.

Architecture + Design
We specialise in providing unique design concepts, architectural plans, technical drawings and information required for local permitting. We consult on exterior design, landscaping and pool design.
Sourcing + Specification
We source and specify the highest quality fixtures and materials from the world’s leading suppliers. We ensure these are suitable and practical for the unique Hawaiian environment.
Local + International Craftsmanship
We can connect you with a trusted network of craftsmen to ensure your dream become a reality. Our experience with high end projects in Hawaii has given us a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the quality and reliability of craftspeople and trades.
Furnishing + Staging
We complete your tailored design with globally sourced furnishings, artwork and accessories, delivered directly to your property. We will take care of shipping and importing where necessary to provide a turnkey experience.
Residential + Commercial
We work with high end residential, high end vacation rental, and luxury hotel groups.

makena
A boutique ocean front luxury condo development on Makena’s exclusive coastline. We were involved in all aspects of design including interior architecture, lighting, custom cabinetry, casework design and furnishings. The result was a stunning one-off property which sets the standard for the exclusive south shore development.

We were the principal designers at this iconic North Shore address. Particular attention was paid to the material choices on this project, due to the exposed ocean front environment. Both functional and beautiful, this is a project that showcases global materials selected for their performance and aesthetics.

Catherine is the Principal Designer and Founder of We Are CPD.
David
david@wearecpd.com
David is a Designer from London with experience working on high end residential design in Hawaii, London and the British Virgin Islands
David has a professional background in business and project management gained prior to his move into high end residential design.
David holds a 1st class honours in Business and Economics from the University of Exeter and studied Interior Design at the KLC School of Design in London.
